Fuel Theft Solutions Ltd is committed to aiding in the prevention of crime. We therefore pride ourselves on our established anti-bribery and anti-money laundering policies, which are detailed below.

Anti-Bribery

We, as a company, have a zero tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption, and we are committed to reducing and controlling the risk of bribery within the course of business. This policy applies to all staff members, and the policy is reviewed annually, alongside appropriate training, in accordance with the Bribery Act 2010. We consider bribery to constitute the offer or exchange of something of value for the purpose of influencing an action. We aim to avoid conflicts of interest by maintaining high quality training and ensuring that staff members are aware of the risks of conducting business. As a result of this policy Fuel Theft Solutions Ltd, are unable to accept gifts or donations from past, current or prospective customers, unless as a part of customary business practice.

Anti-Money Laundering

Fuel Theft Solutions Ltd.’s money laundering policy applies to all members, in accordance with the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, Terrorism Act 2000 and Money Laundering Regulations 2007. We regard money laundering to be the process of moving illegal money through a financial system, so as to appear as though it is legitimate. We continuously assess the risk for money laundering and provide appropriate training to all staff members. Fuel Theft Solutions work in accordance with this policy to assess, identify and verify customers and risks, and are committed to reporting any suspicious activity.
